Yes. The full audit of your site (up to 100 pages) and the dated PDF report are included starting with the Essential plan, at no extra cost. With most equivalent solutions, this service is sold separately, often around $990 per year.
Your visitors return to the 8 Free adaptations and the Daelys branding reappears on your site. No data loss: your analytics remain available for 30 days after the downgrade, and your widget settings are saved in case you upgrade again.
Our tiers count page views: one page loaded with the widget = one page view. A single visitor browsing 4 pages therefore counts as 4 page views. It's the market-standard unit, measured directly by the widget and available in real time in your dashboard.
Your widget keeps working, always. We never cut off your site's accessibility and we never change your pricing without your consent. If your traffic durably exceeds your chosen tier, we simply recommend the plan that fits: you decide when to upgrade.
Yes. The Pro subscription cancels in one click from your dashboard, no commitment or process. Pro access stays active until the end of the current period (monthly or yearly), then your account automatically returns to Free.
No. We're transparent about this: Daelys helps your visitors adapt the display to their needs (size, contrast, text-to-speech, etc.) but doesn't modify your site's source code. WCAG and European Accessibility Act compliance require source HTML work, which Daelys doesn't do. Our widget complements an accessibility initiative, it doesn't replace it.
